The library is an indispensable part of SJRCW.  Since its inception, development of the Library has been given special attention.

The college Library established in the year 1990. The library has a well-furnished separate reading room on the ground floor of the college with a separate section for PG students. The total collection of books in the Library is 21,155 volumes. This includes both Borrowing & Reference books.  CDs are also available on different subjects for reference.  The Library is fully automated with the open access system. It uses licensed Easylib Advanced Multiuser Software.

This facility is used extensively by both students and teachers and is the most sought after the place and is always a beehive of activity.  There are 35 journals, 20 magazines & 7 newspapers available for students, teachers and researchers to browse through.  There is also an exclusive Book Bank facility for SC/ST students for which books have been provided by Bangalore University.   The users are also provided with E-Resources such as INFLIBNET-N list programme.  SJRCW  Library serves as a central Information centre for all kinds of Information needs required by the members. The staff members of the Library always strive hard to give the best services to its patrons by using best library techniques & changing over time to time to cater to the needs of its clientele.
